Betting Market
Correct Score Explained
Predict the exact final scoreline. Long odds, low strike rate, and best used with small stakes.
How this market works
Correct score is the highest-variance common football market. There are dozens of plausible scorelines in any match, and you need exactly one. Even the most likely score in a typical fixture rarely has better than a one-in-eight chance.
The way to use it is as a small-stake bet on matches with a predictable shape: a dominant home side against a team that defends deep, or a derby where a 1-1 feels inevitable. Never treat correct score as a main bet, and never chase it after a near miss.
Typical correct score pricing
- 1-0 home win: around 7.00
- 2-0 home win: around 8.50
- 1-1 draw: around 6.50
- A $2 stake at 8.50 returns $17.00. The stake size is the point.
Best used for
- Small-stake bets on predictable fixtures
- One-sided mismatches
- Adding a long-odds leg to a small multiple
Watch out
One late consolation goal loses the bet entirely. Treat every correct score bet as money you expect to lose most weeks.
