Copa America Fixtures: How to Read the Schedule

Organiser — CONMEBOL. First held — 1916. Format — Group stage followed by knockout rounds. Most titles — Uruguay and Argentina.

A team playing its third match in eight days is a different team from one with a free week. Rotation, tired legs and cautious game management all show up in scorelines long before they show up in the table.

South American kick-off times fall late at night in Zimbabwe, so most local Copa America betting is placed pre-match on outrights and match results rather than in-play.

Look at the two matches either side of the one you are betting. A side facing a cup semi-final in midweek will approach a league game differently. A team with nothing left to play for in May is unpredictable in both directions.

Confirmed Copa America fixtures, kick-off times and prices are published on the main CityBet sportsbook. This page explains how to use the schedule; it does not publish match dates, because rescheduled fixtures are common and out-of-date listings cost punters money.
